General terms

These terms govern the use of the Tilia online shop and the purchase of our perfumes. By using the site and placing an order you accept the terms below.

• The seller is Tilia, based in Serbia; full company details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.
• The terms apply to all visitors and buyers.
• If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

Ordering and prices

You place an order through the cart on the site. All prices are shown in dinars (RSD) and include VAT. An order is concluded once you receive our confirmation by email.

• The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place the order.
• We may correct an obvious error in price or description and inform you before delivery.
• If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement or cancellation.

Cash on delivery

Payment is made by cash on delivery, when you collect the parcel from the courier. Online card payment is not available in this version of the site.

• You pay the full amount, including delivery, to the courier on delivery.
• No advance payment is required.
• An invoice is included with the parcel.

Delivery

We deliver across the Republic of Serbia via a courier service. Delivery time and cost are shown before you confirm the order.

• Delivery is free above the amount shown in the cart.
• Typical delivery time is a few business days from order confirmation.
• If you are unavailable at the first attempt, the courier will contact you to try again.

Conformity and liability

We are liable for the conformity of goods with the contract under the Consumer Protection Act. We aim for accurate descriptions and photos, with possible minor differences in colour on screen.

• For a lack of conformity appearing within two years of delivery you have the right to complain (see the Returns and Complaints page).
• Use the perfumes as intended; we are not liable for the consequences of improper use.
• Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.

• Changes take effect when published on the site.
• Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
• Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
